ABOUT THE ARTIST

Trevor Simpson received a Bachelor’s degree in Painting from Delta State University in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Studio Art from the Memphis College of Art. With a diverse professional background ranging from busboy to college professor, Simpson is currently dedicated to creating art while also working as a bartender. Their work is inspired by history, music, film, and popular culture, and spans multiple media, including printmaking, drawing, painting, and digital art.
